Hej svejs!

Yesterday was a what am I doing and why am I here day on the slope… Not the funniest day I excperienced but some days are just like that. I think we have to have them to appriciate the good ones! I don´t think all of you enjoying life at work every day either?

Today was a new story, I enjoyed good GS skiing and feelt that I was living in the moment and developing my skiing. Saas Fee offered sun and pretty hard conditions today.

Now it´s time for some dryland – (brännboll) google translate it in to rounders but it´s kind of a baseboll game.

On the road again

Hallo! Back in Saas Fee again, unfortunate first day cancelled so I did some running and then we played volleyball, I’ve been having a cold the last week so it was nice to move for real again. The weather down here have been really warm the last weeks and yesterday it was windy, thunder and rain but during the day it’s been clearing up so hopefully good enough to ski tomorrow.

The picture is from this Sunday when me and Jonas were out with the boat to show my friend Jojjo and her boyfriend Tor our Beaty ; ) and the archipelago! I had a great time at home meeting up with a lot of friends and had 2 sponsor days with Hello Sweden who had a big kick off in Tylesand. Fun days and meeting a lot of different people both athletes and from the companies that support Hello Sweden.

Sunshine

Two days with sunshine, hard snow and GS turns makes me happy. It´s been fun the last days, trying new exercises, positions and new bindings I feel that I´m getting more turns in the the right direction and that´s always motivating. Now 2 days of SG friskiing and SL coming up.

Yesterday was a day off and me, Tessan, Maria, Frida and Rudi spend it on a french way in Chamonix. We went there to do new insoles witch you have in the skiboot. We took a walk along the big streets and then we bought baguette, camembert and emmentaler cheese, ham, tomates and more stuff. Sitting in the sun outside the church eating lunch was really nice.
Today was a good GS day, with some gate training and it feels stable to be the first day in gates and I had a lot of fun in the slope today

Back on skies!

Hallo!

Now I´m back on snow again. We´re in Saas Fee, Switzerland. It feels good to be back with the girls and coaches. The new coaches, physio and dryland coach fits good in the team.
We started with 3 days on slalom skies, something new for me, normal is to start with GS skies but this year we do it different and it´s easy to get going on the shorter skies and we´ve done a lot of exercises. It´s been pretty soft but ok for free skiing.
