Last week I had some physical test, running to so which puls intervals I should train on and see how much oxygen I can push my body to breath in and out. And we did strength and quickness/power tests as well. I’m in much better shape than last spring so the start of the dryland season feels good!
And now I’m on vacation in Greece on Naxos! Feels so nice just to relax, no training – reading a good book, laying in the sun, and tomorrow we gonna try windsurfing. Jonas has tried before but for me it’s the first time🙂
