I felt like baking lussemuffins, yesterday so I called my mum and asked if she wanted to join and yes she was in. We baked a different kind of lussekatter that´s a bun made off saffron. We eat it around lucia and for christmas. I really like it 🙂
So we did a special one, more like a muffin cause then it even more juicy and in the middle you have some almond paste mixed with butter.

Nice to get some extra time with mum aswell!
